Installing the MongoDB Toolchain — Windows, Linux and macOS

This guide installs every piece of software this course needs. The course itself lives in README.md; this file is only about setup.

1. What you need

	2. Ele força recompilar o C++ pra arm64, ou reusa binário/objs em cache de Binaries//Intermediate/ (sem detectar que o
	.cpp mudou)?
	3. O passo de cook re-cozinha o conteúdo atual ou reusa cook antigo (Saved/Cooked)?
