Sluicey NU7 relay upgrade — verified release 5456ff5, installation, source build and recovery

Sluicey: NU7 relay upgrade

Upgrade to relay-client-5456ff5 before block 3,543,405.

Sluicey has Full send/receive identity sluicey and recorded forwarding traffic. Its installed executable and local service layout still need confirmation from the existing deployment.

Sovright’s October 31 operational record shows both partners connected and forwarding across all four relays. This is historical evidence, not confirmation of your upgrade or current health. We have not confirmed either partner’s use of the optional submitblock RPC gateway.

  1. Confirm the executable and service you currently run, including failover hosts. Your local full node must independently be synced and NU7-ready.
  2. Download and verify the matching binary from the pinned release. Prebuilt binaries require Linux x86-64 and glibc 2.34 or newer.

Luxor NU7 relay upgrade — verified release 5456ff5, installation, source build and recovery

Luxor: NU7 relay upgrade

Upgrade to relay-client-5456ff5 before block 3,543,405.

Luxor’s documented setup uses bedrock-p2p-ingress connected to its own full node, with Full send/receive identity hash_bender. Its onboarding bundle does not use relay-sidecar.

Did the July 18 zcashd deprecation change Zcash orphan (stale block) rates? Measurements from the Sovright relay network observatory, 2026-07-26

Did the July 18 zcashd deprecation change Zcash orphan rates?

Short answer: no evidence that it did. Two independent instruments both show flat-to-slightly-lower stale-block rates after 2026-07-18. A subtle effect cannot be excluded, and a clean answer was structurally impossible for reasons worth stating up front.

Data current as of 2026-07-26. Measurements come from the Sovright relay's network observatory.

Trace Commons consent postures: real redacted envelope examples (metadata-only / +message text / +tool payloads)

Trace Commons consent postures — real envelope examples

What IronClaw actually ships to Trace Commons under each consent posture. These are REAL envelopes produced by IronClaw's redaction pipeline (ironclaw-reborn traces preview, ironclaw main @ 2026-07-10), all from the same synthetic recorded conversation (01-recorded-trace-input.json) — an agent asked to email a budget file, deliberately salted with PII: a private email address, a local file path, a phone number, and a SendGrid bearer token.

Agentic policy-first roadmap: observe and recommend before execution

Agentic policy-first roadmap: observe and recommend before execution

Status: roadmap / planning. No implementation. V1 remains exactly as launched — Aave-only, human-approved, click-based. Everything below the V1 boundary is future, gated work tracked as separate issues/cards; nothing here enables autonomous or live agent execution.

1. Summary

The product direction after V1 is **observe and recommend first; execute later,

Agentic Somm: The Unit of Composition Moved from the Strategist to the Agent

Status: conceptual foundation. This document defines the core mental model behind Agentic Somm. It is evergreen and audience-neutral — the V1, roadmap, and policy specs cite it rather than restate it.

Thesis

In legacy Somm, the unit of composition was the strategist. A strategist composed an arbitrary set of positions into a single synthetic position that

parallel-pr-review — a Claude Code skill for reviewing batches/stacks of open PRs via parallel review subagents (grouping, tailored rubric, verdict synthesis, posting)
name parallel-pr-review
description Use when asked to "review the open PRs", review a batch or stack of pull requests, or run a recurring PR-review pass on a repo — especially with many PRs, stacked branches, conflicts, or security-sensitive changes. Covers grouping, fan-out to review subagents, verdict synthesis, and posting.

Parallel PR Review

Overview

Review many open PRs at once by fanning out one read-only review subagent per PR (or per stack), each producing a structured verdict, then synthesizing a cross-PR summary and posting reviews. The reviewer (you) stays in the loop holding conclusions; subagents absorb the per-diff reading.
