After sleep/wake, Realtek USB Gigabit LAN (0bda:8153) on many USB-C docks/monitors (e.g. Dell U2721DE) disappears until you unplug/replug the cable. These commands power-cycle just that USB port — same effect, no unplug.
No file download required for a one-shot fix. Copy–paste into Terminal.
