Claude Code with local LM Studio models (WSL2 + Windows LM Studio)

Shell helpers to drive the Windows LM Studio CLI (lms) from WSL2 and start Claude Code against a local model through LM Studio's Anthropic-compatible /v1/messages endpoint. No proxy needed.

Setup

1. Install LM Studio on Windows, download models (lms get google/gemma-4-12b-qat).
2. WSL2 must reach Windows localhost:1234 (works with mirrored networking).

Recovery

TL;DR: for some weird reason zfs was not being loaded in grub, maybe related to this bug?
