In Georgian London, crowds would fill the streets of Chelsea in the hopes that they could get their hands
on some hot buns fresh out of the oven from the Chelsea Bun House.
Now these Chelsea buns are still made today, but the recipe is very different than it used to be.
So I am going to try to recreate what the original Chelsea bun of 18th century London was like.

So when I decided to make this video, I thought it was going to be a breeze.
I was going to find an old recipe and recreate it like I do every week here on the channel. Simple as that.
