Bridge Claude Code CLI sessions in WSL to the Claude Desktop app on Windows

claude-code-wsl-bridge

Bridge Claude Code CLI sessions living in WSL to the Claude Desktop app on Windows: the Desktop app's sidebar picks up your past WSL conversations, and new CLI sessions sync in automatically.

The problem

Claude Desktop on Windows only sees the Windows filesystem. If you work mainly inside WSL, two things hurt:

  1. Your project folders live on /home/<you>/... — the Desktop app won't open them directly.
  2. Your past Claude Code conversations from claude in WSL don't appear in Desktop's sidebar, even after you wire up an SSH connection to WSL.
#include <bits/stdc++.h>
using namespace std;
typedef vector<int> vi;
class SegmentTree { // the segment tree is stored like a heap array
private: vi st, A; // recall that vi is: typedef vector<int> vi;
int n;
int left (int p) { return p << 1; } // same as binary heap operations
int right(int p) { return (p << 1) + 1; }
