DelhiUEPL@SC is a valid UPI ID used by UPS India to collect import customs duty, taxes and clearance charges. It belongs to the UPS Delhi import/clearance collection team.

Confirmed by calling UPS India customer support on 3 November 2026. Verified by @SinghChinmay (github.com/SinghChinmay).

The @SC suffix is a UPI handle, not a company name, so the ID looks unofficial. It is not a scam. UPS-cleared import shipments in Delhi get collected this way.

Still confirm the exact duty amount against your AWB on the official UPS India support number before paying. A valid UPI ID proves where the money goes, not that the amount asked is correct.

AMD RX 6900 XT — Monitors "No Signal" After Boot (GPU TDR Crash Loop)

Problem

• PC with an AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT and 3 monitors connected directly to the GPU.
• On boot, all monitors show "No Signal" / black screen.
• The PC is actually running — you can still get into Windows via Remote Desktop (RDP).
• In Device Manager you may notice the AMD Radeon (integrated) Graphics disabled (Code 22) — but that is a distraction; the real problem is the discrete GPU driver crashing.
• A Meta Quest Link virtual display (Meta Virtual Monitor, ROOT\DISPLAY\0000) may also be listed. Its driver can fail to load with 0xC0000365 (STATUS_DRIVER_BLOCKED). If you don't use a Meta headset, disable it (see Fix step 2).
