Windows Search Bar loads indefinitely and doesn't show recent searches, rebuilding index, running sfc and DISM doesn't help.

The solution is dumb and simple, yet noone ever mentioned it (works for Windows 11)

1. Create new admin user
2. Logout current user (refer to it as BADUSER in future) and switch to new
3. From new user, go to C:\Users\<BADUSER>\AppData\Local\Packages\
4. DELETE folder MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy (backup it just in case)
5. Log back to BADUSER
6. Problem fixed

So, you're probably here because you went through nine circles of hell trying to figure out how to disable FRP lock that's preventing you from installing APKs on your android.
